Reason for Return
Diamondback accepts returns within 30 days of the date you received the bike. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns after that time, per our return criteria.
Has the bike box been opened?
This won't effect the eligibility of your return - just helps us return it to the right spot.
Is the product you would like to return in new condition?
Diamondback accepts returns of products in new condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used products per our return criteria.
